As a holistic person-centered therapist, I have a highly adaptable therapeutic approach that enables me to connect with a wide variety of individuals. My experience includes working with men, women, and children, with a special emphasis on helping those recovering from abusive relationships or and those who have trouble managing emotions or anger issues.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and couples. Addressing a wide range of mental health and family/ systemic issues. Anxiety and Depression. Adjustment Disorders, Attachment Issues. Grief, Divorce, Parental Alienation, Parenting, or Co-Parenting concerns. Low Self-Esteem, Trauma, PTSD, Emotional Regulation. Substance Abuse. Unhealthy Relationship Patterns and Personality Disorders. High Couple Conflict, Social Isolation, and Physical Health Problems.

My approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy, and being present with my clients. I believe in client autonomy and that every person has unique strengths and thoughts that can create change and empowerment in their lives.

Donated and used by Sandy Hook School Survivors. This resource provides an unique way to help children understand and cope with loss. It teaches e mpathy and resiliency through the story of a little girl who helps her teddy bear with his loss and trauma.
Included are printable coloring and activity pages and a bonus section for educators, counselors and parents. The story can be shown on a computer, printed on paper, or presented as a classroom lesson using a digital white board such as SMART Board.
